| ¡¯Guidelines of Reservation Inquiry |
1.Confirmation
- We will reserve the room for seven days from the date customerrs make reservation by phone. Please transfer deposit within reservation period.
- Deposit
- For Accommodation & Dining: Deposit required is a half of total room charge and full amount of the first meal.
- For Dining only: Deposit required is full amount of the first meal.
- For Venues and Dining: Deposit required is a half of place rental and full amount of the first meal
- For Hsiayun Mountain Training: Deposit required is a half of place rental.
- Wire transfer
- Please transfer to the account : 16321590 Fuhsing Youth Activity Center
- Please note your organization, name and event date.
- Please don¡¦t send deposit by post.
2. Cancellations & Changes
- A 22-day notice before check-in date is required for cancellations.
- An 8-day notice is required if rooms need to be reduced and the reduction cannot exceed 20 % of the original number of room.
- A 3-day adanced notice is required for changes or cancellations on dining services.
- Any cancellation should be approved by the hostel. After collecting penalty from the deposit, we will refund the rest deposit by check. A handling fee of NTD100 is charged.
- Deferrals can be applied if cancellation is not preferred. After our approval, we can reserve the rooms once, for a maximum of 3 months.
3. Payment & Check-out
- All payment should be paid up before use. Groups should pay up by 9pm on check-in date, by cash or credit card. Check is not accepted.
- Check-in time: 3pm. Check-out time: 10am.
